How will ACCN+ on WatchESPN work from a revenue standpoint?

I assume ESPN charges cable/sat providers some nominal fee for their subscribers to have access to ESPN3 via WatchESPN, will this be the same for ACC+? even if it's just a nickel a month, there are, what, 90Million ESPN subscribers out there? that would be $54M/year in new revenue ($27M for the ACC in a 50/50 split). I can't imagine ESPN is just going to give all that content away, are they?
